Storage and transportation
At temperatures below 5 °C, turbidity and de lamination may occur, heat to 20 °C and mix thoroughly before use.
Features and Benefits
This additive drastically reduces the surface tension of coatings and printing inks, so it can improve substrate wetting and prevent shrinkage cavities. At the same time, it can improve the surface smoothness and gloss. Anti-blocking properties can be improved in aqueous systems.
Recommended Use
The adjuvant is recommended for all solvent-based, solvent-free and water-based coatings, printing inks, and varnishes.
Suggested dosage
0.05-0.3% auxiliary dosage (supply form) based on the total formulation, aqueous and uv systems can be added up to 1%.
The above recommended addition amount is for reference only, and the optimal addition amount needs to be determined through a series of experiments.
Addition method and processing guidance
The auxiliary agent can be added at any stage of production, including post-addition.
Special Reminder
Unlike ordinary silicone oils, the adjuvant is "user safe". However, before use, a series of tests should be passed to confirm whether the additive is foam stable, and its recoating properties and shrinkage tendency should also be evaluated.
Features and Benefits
BYK-333 is an efficient silicone surface additive. It can drastically reduce the surface tension, thus improving the wetting of the system on the surface of harsh substrates.
Recommended Use
It is particularly recommended for improving the wettability of polyurethane, epoxy and acrylate adhesives on substrates.
Suggested dosage
0.05-0.3% adjuvant dosage (form of supply) is based on total formulation.
The above recommended addition amount is for reference only, and the optimal addition amount needs to be determined through a series of experiments.

recommended to add it at the final stage of manufacture.
