These micronized wax powders (<50μm) utilize adjustable acid content (e.g. 15% AA in A-C 5120) and metal ion neutralization to create an ionically crosslinked network that enhances bond strength between polar/non-polar substrates while improving pigment dispersion uniformity in masterbatches.
The series is optimized for thermal stability (dropping point up to 92°C) to support a wide range of applications from hot melt adhesives to waterborne coatings.
