Eastman Olefin Resin Eastoflex E

The Eastman Eastoflex E series comprises amorphous polyolefin (APO) resins engineered as versatile thermoplastic solutions for hot-melt adhesives and elastomer modification. These propylene-ethylene copolymer-based polymers exhibit inherent softness, tackiness, and flexibility, optimized through tailored molecular architectures to ensure broad compatibility with elastomers (e.g., SBS, SEBS), tackifiers, and polyolefin substrates.

Designed for precision processing, the series spans a melt viscosity range of 1,500–6,000 mPa·s at 190°C, enabling adaptable workflows in extrusion, roll coating, or injection molding. Their low molecular weight and saturated structures enhance thermal stability, UV resistance, and moisture barrier properties, supporting applications in automotive seals, waterproofing compounds, and high-strength adhesives for packaging laminates.
