BASF Melapur MC25 is a melamine-based flame retardant from the Melapur® series, designed for rigid polyurethane foams. It offers excellent thermal stability, low smoke generation, and halogen-free fire protection. Compatible with standard PU formulations, it enhances LOI and meets stringent fire safety standards like FMVSS 302 and DIN 4102 B1 without compromising foam mechanical properties or processing efficiency.
